What a neat place with such great inventory of healthy products from food subscriptions from local farms and dairies to self care and household items. Oh my gosh the staff so friendly and knowledgeable. I pick up my pungo farms produce CSA there each week and today they had produce from another local farms. Check them out, get some info about subscription deliveries or best supplements that are better than many others. Pics of veggies I picked up today.

Excellent store for healthy products!! Friendly & very knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend! If they don't have what you need in stock they will gladly order it for you! Jennifer knows so much about health & will willingly point you in the right direction for health needs!

Small store. Great new owner! Lots of essential oils and resources for education. I even got a recommendation for kids yoga for my little one. This is a quaint little nook for someone who cares about their health as much as supporting local business. Cool find. FYI the honey is the best!

New owners but still the same products. Tons of healthy and natural products. For body care products they have deodorant, soaps and laundry detergent. They also have food products like seasonings, honey, herbal teas, dark chocolate and Bob's Red Mill products like sunflower seeds and wheat. An entire wall is dedicated to supplements! They carry Natures Plus and others. You can also get seeds for gardening and just added local produce to the store! Owners also added Young Living line of products and offer classes every week to get you familiarized with using essential oils. Great service and super helpful meeting your product needs. Small store but lots of products. Staff is very friendly

This is my "go to" spot for my holistic and natural health necessities. I absolutely enjoy going there because Michelle is extremely knowledgeable about every single product the store has to offer. Whenever I'm there, she is always very professional and works with a spirit of excellence. She is all about educating her customers not only about the products, but also helps make you aware of any pros and cons depending on your medical history. As a local Medical Massage Practitioner who frequents the store for my own needs, I confidently send my clients to her knowing that they will be well taken care of. So when you get a chance be sure to stop by. You'll be glad you did!
